What is the patient portal?
The portal is a secure website from athenahealth where you can message your care team, see test results, review your visit summaries and health records, request appointments and pay your bill.
How do I create an account?
Ask our front desk to add your email address to your chart. You'll get an email from athenahealth with a link to set up your account. Follow the link, confirm your identity and create a password.
How do I log in?
Go to our patient portal and sign in with the email and password you set up. Bookmark the page so it's easy to find next time.
How do I reset my password?
On the portal sign-in page, choose the forgot-password link and follow the steps sent to your email.
How do I see my test results?
Sign in and open the test results section. Results appear after your provider has reviewed and released them. If you have questions about a result, send your care team a message.
Who do I contact if the portal isn't working?
Call your clinic: Black Canyon City at (623) 374-0200 or Spring Valley at (928) 404-8004. We can resend your invitation or update your email address.
How do I make sure you have my correct contact information?
Check your profile in the portal, or confirm your address, phone number and email with the front desk at your next visit.
Can I download my records to send to another provider?
Yes. You can view and download your health record summary in the portal. For a full copy of your records, call your clinic and we'll help with a records request.
How do I pay my bill?
