Sliding Fee Discount Program

In order to minimize financial barriers to care, particularly for patients and families at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG), BCCHC offers Sliding Fee Discounts to patients who qualify. We also assist such individuals in applying for AHCCCS, a state program that will help many patients with their medical costs.
